Event Description:
This exercise program is designed for adults with chronic conditions. Any type of chronic condition is accepted. Some examples are: arthritis, cancer, low back pain, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, spinal cord injury, total joint replacements, fibromyalgia or osteoporosis. Exercise programs are based on the goals and needs of each participant. These may be designed to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and flexibility.
