Event Description:
This low impact class is designed to promote joint flexibility, range of motion, and agility while building cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. The warm water (88-90 degrees) is particularly advantageous for individuals with arthritis, fibromyalgia, Post-Op rehab, and other muscle/joint pain. If you are 65 years or older, ask about our O’Donnell Scholarship ($5 processing fee, tuition free). Late registrations accepted. Please bring your own towel. Weaver Pool M/W/F • Aug. 31 - Dec. 14 (No class Sept. 7, Oct. 12, Nov. 25, 27) #1 • 8 - 9am #2 • 9 - 10am #3 • 5 - 6pm
