Event Description: The 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health course is intended to provide entry level general industry workers broad awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards on a general industry site. The training covers a variety of safety and health topics which a worker may encounter at a general industry site. OSHA recommends this training as an orientation to occupational safety and health. Upon completion, attendees will receive a certificate and a 10-hour course completion card.

Directions:
Take I-75 south to the second Richmond exit (#87). Exit interstate and turn left. Go approx. 6 stoplights to the intersection of Lancaster Avenue. A large Dormitory (Keene Hall) will be on your right, across the intersection. Turn right and travel to the first stop light. Turn left at the stoplight (Bradbury Point). The Perkins Building is on your left with a large parking lot on the same side of the road. Please park in this lot, it is unrestricted parking. Do not park in the lots across the street.
